How are the prints and posters packaged?
All orders are packaged in boxes specifically chosen to fix your media, so as not to jostle in transit. Posters are rolled and shipped in a tube within a box, if they have no fold seams. If they have seams, we ship them flat with extra protection and extra rigidity. The same goes for chirashi, bills and all smaller paper items. We have shipped over 1000 collectible items, and each item treated with the respect it deserves.
Are prices negotiable and do you offer bulk rates?
Prices are firm. Orders over $1000 include free shipping in PVC pipe.
What is the option to pay in installments with Shop Pay?
When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into 4 equal, biweekly installment payments—with 0% interest, no hidden or late fees, and no impact on your credit score.* In some instances, your first payment is due when you make your purchase; otherwise, your first payment is due 2 weeks after your purchase.
What is your return or refund policy?
We can cancel an order if it has not yet been shipped, otherwise all sales are final.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take pride in packaging our collectibles to arrive to you safe and sound. If your item gets damaged during transit, please email us with images documenting the condition. We will arrange for the return of the item. Once the item has been returned, we will issue you a refund.
Can multiple pieces be sent together to save shipping costs?
We do combine shipping on orders when possible.
