This rare promotional item was distributed at theaters that screened Eraserhead at midnight "cult" shows in the late 80s following the success of Lynch's Blue Velvet. It's a small scale poster of the iconic Eraserhead face that is a supposed to be a mask that could be cut out (if you wanted).
